About
The COSHRM 2017 State Conference is a three-day, two-night conference experience. The Conference will begin at 7:30am on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 and will conclude at 11:00am on Friday, September 29. Full conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and an evening reception on Wednesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Thursday; and breakfast on Friday.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy
All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to the COSHRM office at info@coshrm.org. If you cancel your registration on or before August 31, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee less an administrative fee of $50. If you cancel your registration between September 1, 2017 and September 15, 2017, 50% will be refunded. After September 15, 2017, no refunds will be provided. If you register but are unable to attend, you may designate another attendee to take your place at no additional charge. All substitution requests must be submitted by the original attendee via email to info@coshrm.org. On-site substitutions may be made provided the substituting attendee provides a written request from the original attendee.

Certification Credits
For one individual attending a full schedule of concurrent sessions and breakouts, there is the opportunity to obtain 12.5 certification credits. The nature of the credits, such as SPHR or GPHR, will be determined by HRCI and/or SHRM and will be noted in the printed program.

Please reference the group name 2017 SHRM Colorado State Conference and the group code CK2HR7 when making your reservation. The rooming block date has now passed, however, Keystone will honor the negotiated rate for rooms that are still available.

Planning Your Day
Visit the conference website or app to read the full session descriptions and learn more about this year’s speakers. Colorado SHRM conference rooms have a maximum capacity and, once full, they will be closed. Sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This event would not be possible without the leadership of the COSHRM Conference Committee. Committee members will be in royal blue vests and are happy to answer your questions. We are also incredibly thankful for our record-number of day-of event volunteers. They can be spotted wearing royal blue t-shirts and are another resource for you.
